Consent to personal data processing

1. How consent is given

The website has no forms at present, so consent is given by an action: sending an email to the operator. If a form is added, this text will become a separate document with its own checkbox. The form and content of the consent (Article 9 of Law 152-FZ, including separate consent) are to be checked by a lawyer.

I, the data subject, freely, of my own will and in my own interest, consent to the processing of my personal data by the operator named below on the following terms.

• Purposes: handling my enquiry, contacting me, and discussing and preparing a possible trade.
• Actions: collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, updating, use and deletion.
• Methods: with and without the use of automated tools.
• Transfer to third parties: none, except where the law requires it.
• Term: [RETENTION PERIOD] or until I withdraw consent.
• Withdrawal: consent can be withdrawn by writing to [EMAIL]. The operator stops processing within the time set by law.
